A nationwide drug prevention campaign in Italy has surpassed over one million informational booklets distributed in just one month. The initiative forms part of the international Truth About Drugs education programme, which aims to provide eu news brexit factual education about commonly abused substances and their short- and long-term effects.
Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in schools, businesses and urban centres. The campaign focuses on prevention through education, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a clear way.
